Turtle Beach Stealth 300 Headset

The Turtle Beach Stealth 300 gaming headset features a built-in amp with four EQ settings to let you tweak your otherwise very simple 3.5mm wired listening experience.

Strong sound performance with solid high-mids and highs. EQ presets offer some flexibility in sound. Good microphone.

Internal battery needs to be charged for headset to work; no passive listening mode.

Bottom Line: The Turtle Beach Stealth 300 gaming headset features a built-in amp with four EQ settings to let you tweak your otherwise very simple 3.5mm wired listening experience.

Turtle Beach Stealth 300 HEADPHONES

The Turtle Beach Stealth 300 are a decent wired gaming headset. They have the same design and build quality as the , so they're comfortable and easy-to-use, but look a bit cheap and won't be as durable as some of the other budget gaming headsets we've...

Above-average audio reproduction. ; Decent controls for gaming. ; Good battery life.

Poor noise and leakage isolation. ; Plasticky and cheap-feeling build quality. ; Lacking good customization options.

Turtle Beach Stealth 300 Review: A Very Good Sub-$100 Headset

The Stealth 300 is exactly what an $80 headset should be. In spite of a few design missteps (only one of which is serious), it provides comfort, good sound and a simple setup. If you went out this afternoon and bought a Stealth 300, you would spend...

Comfortable ; Good sound ; Works with almost any system

No unpowered mode ; Sound profiles not very distinct ; Not enough bass

The Turtle Beach Ear Force Stealth 300 provides excellent sound for a wide variety of games, but you need to keep it powered.
